type of problem you'd like to talk about, your sense of timing, and
anything else that might help us find the right people you can talk
with.
You will
hear from us within 24 hours. If we feel it is necessary, we'll ask for
more information via email, or ask for a brief phone conversation.
You will
then receive a proposed request text and circulation specification for
confirmation.
The
request text is the contents of the message we will circulate within
our network. It must be specific enough to elicit useful responses, yet
broad enough to maintain confidentiality of information.
The
circulation specification contains the parameters for the request we're
going to circulate, i.e.,

You will
revise and confirm the request text and specifications
We
transmit the request to our network. Only those advisors who have
subscribed to the key words we have specified will receive the request
We receive
and review responses. If you've asked to see all the responses, we
forward them to you; otherwise we determine which ones to share based
on our shared understanding of your needs
You review
the responses and confirm which you'd like to talk with
You
provide 5-6 available time slots for the conversations, and we notify
the chosen advisors

sign up for time slots on a first-come, first serve basis. We schedule
the session with all parties and set up the conference calls
Conference
calls are conducted
We conduct
a quick feedback session with all parties and share lessons learned, as
needed
